LA County Waterworks District 29 Capital Improvement Projects
- Caltrans will be relocating approximately 730 feet of District owned waterlines as part of Caltrans State Route 1 (Pacific Coast Highway) Drainage Restoration Project and Bridge Replacement at Solstice Canyon Creek project. The project is near Corral Canyon Road and Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA. Caltrans environmental documents related to the project can be found in the links below.

Williams Ranch Joint Community Facilities Agreement
- The Williams Ranch development proposes to construct approximately 497 dwelling units with community amenities and related infrastructure, north of Hasley Canyon Road near Del Valle Road in Castaic. The William S. Hart Union High School District formed Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2021-1 to provide financing for certain public facilities necessitated by the proposed development. CFD-financed water system facilities may ultimately be owned and operated by District No. 36, per a Joint Community Facility Agreement.
