Cash for Grass Rebate Program

Draught tolerant plants

The Los Angeles County Waterworks Districts encourage water conservation through our Rebate Program, rewarding customers who replace water-inefficient grass with drought-tolerant landscaping. With a rebate rate of $1 per square foot, eligible projects must cover a minimum of 500 sq. ft. and can receive up to $5,000 in rebates. Please note that rebates are granted upon completion of your drought-resilient landscaping project.
